No article processing charges, no publication fees, and free access to all published articles.

Dentaphora: Journal of Dental Perspectives and Oral Health, published by the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Hang Tuah, Surabaya, Indonesia, operates on a fully open-access publishing model.

The Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Hang Tuah does not charge authors any article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees. Authors can submit and publish eligible manuscripts without paying publication-related charges, and readers can access published articles freely without subscription fees.

Publication Fees at a Glance

This no-fee policy applies to authors regardless of country of residence. There is no APC to pay following manuscript acceptance.

Open Access Commitment

All journals published by the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Hang Tuah are fully open access. This commitment ensures that scholarly work in dentistry and oral health is available to researchers, clinicians, students, educators, and the public without subscription or article-access charges.

Because the journal does not charge APCs or publication fees, APC waivers and discounts are not necessary.

Editorial Independence

Manuscripts are evaluated according to their scientific quality, methodological rigor, research integrity, originality, and relevance to the journal's focus and scope. Editorial and peer-review decisions are independent of any author payment.
